L'abri breakfasts are something special.

All breakfasts include croissants accompanied with conserves, fresh fruit, greek style yoghurt and muesli. There is then a choice from the cooked menu below, mostly with thanks to the onsite free range hens and the productive organic garden.

 

 

 

Eggs scrambled

- scrambled eggs with a dash of cream, seasoned and accompanied with local smoked salmon, fresh herbs and toast.

 

Waffle Eggs Benedect

- lightly flavoured waffles using home grown herbs, served with two poached eggs, topped with hollandaise sauce and crispy bacon. This is accompanied by locally made sour dough bread.

Baked Eggs with spinach and bacon - Crispy cooked bacon and wilted spinach, topped with two eggs. A little cream and seasoning are added before baking in the oven. This is topped off with shaved parmesan and buttered toast.

French Omelette - beautifully cooked omelette, made from home grown eggs, filled with fresh herbs, cheese and tomatoes or mushrooms. This is served with buttered sour dough toast.

Vegetarian Gourmet - made using cheeses, avacado and fresh tomatoes, accompanied with freshly toasted sourdough toast.
